When I’m not deep into coursework, you’ll probably find me exploring new restaurants and dropping Yelp reviews, experimenting with tea blends, baking up something new just for fun, or out and about traveling somewhere in the world. I love discovering patterns— whether in data, flavors, or market trends— and finding ways to make them work smarter. Business, to me, is all about recognizing potential, refining ideas, and creating something better with every move.

📋 Experience

I was responsible for leading business development and HR initiatives to improve operations and streamline processes. I worked closely with executives to optimize workflows, drive strategic planning, and implement policies that strengthened employee retention. I also played a key role in connecting HR with finance and business operations to support overall growth.

My role began unexpectedly, but a strong work ethic and strategic mindset led to rapid promotions from shift lead to store manager while studying in undergrad. Driving operational improvements, developing policies, and strengthening team performance played a key role in the company's growth. Managing both frontline operations and business strategy provided me with hands-on experience that shaped my strong foundation in leadership and business development.
